Captain has been well-taken care of and has PLENTY of years left in his tank. He moves like a much younger horse and has seen everything you could possibly throw at a horse.

“Captain has been with our family for nine years and has served us well as a trail riding horse as well as our main family buggy horse. He has seen plenty of traffic and has been on busy state routes – nothing bothers him. Little kids love him and this gentle boy takes good care of them. We have taken him through the woods on trails, up steep hills and through water. He will ride out alone or in a group. Captain will stand patiently for mounting, clipping, bathing and farrier work (he picks up his feet without a shoeing stock.) He has a smoothy dreamy canter and will pick up his leads. He’s a pleasure to have around and gets along well with other horses in the pasture. Captain is stout and an easy keeper. He is an uncomplicated ride – not much fazes this guy!”
