The Standardbred Journal

I’m privileged to have the opportunity to design the magazine, The Standardbred Journal. It’s a magazine devoted to the road horse and Roadster Show Horse industry.

Equine Marketing for All Breeds

Connecting honest, reputable owners and buyers

Flexible & On Time

Working on a deadline is nothing new to me. Although I prefer a bit of lead time for advertising, I can work on short notice if needed.

Experienced Designer

From 2007 through 2018, I worked as a graphic designer in the marketing department at Dutchman Hospitality Group. All our marketing and designing was in-house, so I learned a variety of skills. I feel comfortable designing ads for just about anything!

Horseman At Heart

I grew up on a farm and still live on one, so hard work and barn chores have been a big part of my life. Dad bought me my first pony when I was 7 years old and there have been horses here ever since. I enjoy all sorts of horses – from Quarter Horses to racehorses and drafts.

Digital Marketing

One of my specialties at my previous employment was digital marketing. From social media and web to video editing, I can offer an experienced, personalized strategy for helping you market you horses, regardless of breed or skill.

Photography

Photography is a hobby of mine and while I have done some equine shooting, I prefer to work with Wade Wilcox, a professional equine photographer. Personally, I prefer to actually shoot photos of food! It doesn’t move and you get the eat the results.
