“Ritchie is one of the few true unicorns you’ll find. He’s a beautiful big dressage horse with a patient and kind mind. He is black with four whites and a star. Registered with ADHHA, he’s 3/4 Dutch Harness Horse and 1/4 Saddlebred but you’d barely know it – he’s that quiet and trainable. Ritchie has beautiful movement and has been lightly shown in dressage. He is USDF registered and has been started on cross rails and low jumps.
Along with being schooled in the arena, we’ve worked to desensitize him with tarps and other distracting sounds. He’s been ridden Western as well as English, and ridden on trails and an obstacle course. An uncomplicated ride, he settles in well in new places and trailers well. We feel he would be safe for any level of rider.”
