Dusky is real handy and can do all the reining and ranch riding maneuvers. He’s sensitive and has been used in a Roman riding team. He’s still young and has lots of potential for competition or just as an experienced trail rider.

“Dusky is very athletic and quick footed, with a smooth easy canter and extended trot. He picks up both leads easily and we have worked with him on a flying lead change. Moves off your leg and stops easily. We have also ridden him in the arena and on trails, where he has proven to be surefooted over lots of terrain. Dusky will ride out alone or in a group. He crosses creeks easily, loves the water and willingly climbs steep hills. We have ridden him bridleless as well as in a Roman riding team. Dusty has some spice and we think he’d make a good competition horse, but he’s calm enough to carry you quietly over trails as well.”
